1 ripe avocado
2-3 Tbsp unsweetened seed or nut-based milk (use more or less depending on desired consistency)
juice from 1 lime (about 1 Tbsp)
dash of sea salt
dash of coarse black pepper
if desired, spices/ fresh or dried herbs depending on use (i.e., cilantro)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more seed or nut-based milk as needed.
