Blueberry Mojito Smoothie


Prep Time

10 minutes

Yields

1 12-16 oz serving (depending on ice and water)

Ingredients

1 cup greens, (spinach, kale, etc.) - remove ribs if using kale

1/2 cup water (may need more for desired consistency)

1 cup frozen blueberries

8 mint leaves

1 1/2 Tbsp almond butter

1/4 of an avocado

1 Tbsp ground flax/chia seed

1/2 Tbsp lime juice 

1 tsp chopped fresh ginger

4 ice cubes

Directions

1. Blend greens and water (start with 1/2 cup) for 30 seconds

2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency (2-3 minutes) 

Note: If it seems thick, add more water and continue blending
