Dill-Dijon Sauce


Prep Time

5 minutes

Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

6 Tbsp coarse/whole grain Dijon mustard (the kind with the seeds)

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

fresh-ground pepper and salt to taste

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients until well blended

Notes

Serve with chicken or fish. I love it with salmon cakes!
