Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

1 serving

Ingredients

1 large handful of greens (baby spinach, mixed baby super greens, kale, etc.)

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (the kind you find in the can - toss in a chunk of the "cream" as well)

1/4 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

3-4 frozen strawberries

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 Tbsp chia seeds

3 ice cubes


Directions

1. Blend greens and liquid for 30 seconds

2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency (2-3 minutes) 

Note: If it seems thick, add more water and continue blending
